About our Elle Bass label:

Large mouth bass are a fisherman’s delight - great fun to catch as well as eat because of their meaty, muscular body. Bass are mild yet flavorful, and may be grilled, fried, or baked in the oven. Although any fish pairs well with rosé, here’s one of our favorite grilled bass recipes:

Grilled Cajun Bass

Recipe courtesy of myfishingpartner.com

2 pounds of bass fillets
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp of your favorite cajun spice blend
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper to taste

Directions: On a grill or fire, lay the bass fillets flat on aluminum foil. Smooth the bass fillets with the melted butter. Season remaining ingredients evenly over fillets. Wrap heavy-duty aluminum foil around the bass, making a sealed cooking bag, so no steam escapes. Place bag on grill and cook for 7-10 minutes. (Do not flip). Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
