Boland Thomas Vineyards is a micro-farm winery in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. We strive to create lively rieslings and full-bodied dry reds - something for every palate.
Rieslings
Our vineyard is uniquely situated to grow the finest Riesling grapes. We offer a variety of Rieslings that range from dry and semi-dry to sweet and semi-sweet. We recommend sampling each Riesling as you will find each of them pairs well with multiple course meals - from pre-dinner apéritifs through dessert.
Red Blends
Our dry red is a delightful field blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. We field-blend our grapes to achieve the perfect level of balance and complexity, with the softest finish possible. We pride ourselves among those winemakers who love to make field blends, as it gives us a way to honor tradition and showcase our terroir.
